How do we and our guests get and share our photos?

Once the photo booth is set up and operational at the start of your booking, you’ll receive a link to your own digital photo album. This album contains all the original photos (without templates) as well as the photos with the custom template applied. You can download individual photos or the entire album as you wish. The link is shareable with your guests, and we keep all albums on file for 6 months.

When a photo is taken, guests can instantly share their images by scanning a QR code or sending them via email, WhatsApp, or SMS.
What are the different booth modes?
- Photos: Our most popular mode! The booth takes three different photos, which are automatically applied to a custom graphic template. The design can be fully customised, including the orientation and order of the photos (stacked or arranged however you prefer). Both the template version and the original, unedited photos are saved for you.
- Video: Guests can record a short, fun video in the booth, perfect for adding some extra excitement to your event.
- GIFs: A short, animated loop is created from the photos taken by your guests, adding a playful touch to their experience.
- Boomerang Video: A boomerang video captures a quick video clip that plays forward and then reverses, creating a fun looping effect. Unlike a GIF, which continuously loops in one direction, a boomerang plays back and forth for added creativity.
Is printing included?

Printing is not included at this time, but we do plan to offer it as an add-on option in the near future. Please check with us for any updates or alternative options.
Where do you deliver to, and how much does delivery cost?

We offer free delivery to all Liverpool postcodes and within a 10-mile radius outside of the Liverpool postcode area. For locations beyond this, we charge a fixed travel fee of £30, covering up to a 40-mile radius of Liverpool. This includes areas such as Manchester, Southport, Stockport, Bolton, Warrington, West Kirby, Crewe, Wigan, Ormskirk, Formby, and Chester.
Will the photo booth be staffed?

Our photo booths are designed to be self-serve and do not typically require staff on site. However, we will provide staff if necessary for certain events or setups.
Is a custom photo template included?

Yes, we offer complimentary custom photo templates tailored to match your event or party theme. This includes personalised graphics and text. We’ll contact you prior to your booking to discuss the design.
Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, we require a 10% deposit at the time of booking to secure your date. All payments are securely processed through Stripe.
What space is required for the photo booth?

We require a space of 10x10ft and a ceiling height of at least 8ft for the booth setup, including the backdrop. Additionally, the booth should be positioned near a power socket. We ask that this area is reserved before our arrival.
How long does it take to assemble and take down the booth?

We need 30 minutes before the start and after the end of your booked time slot to assemble and dismantle the booth. We’ll ensure everything is set up smoothly, so your event runs without a hitch.
